Grief and loss act as a trauma to the human energy field (aura). In this unique offering of natural grief support, fern essences are used to support the gentle restoration of your energy field. Flower essences contain pure water, the natural power of sunlight, the specific healing vibration of the fern and brandy as a preservative. The healing blueprint from the plants is then transferred into the human energy field, via oral drops.

First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® work at a purely vibrational or energetic level. They do not work on a chemical or metabolic level. That means, it is not the same as taking a plant-based medicine to treat or cure symptoms. Instead it works on your energy field.

If you don't want to relive your experiences through a lengthy or detailed email to Claire - simply write something like - "I would like to try a flower essence for grief." Claire can take things from there without requiring any further information from you.

How flower essences are taken
​
The standard dose is 2-4 drops 3-4 times daily or as required. Place the drops from the stock bottle directly under your tongue or dilute them in ½ a cup of water. For maximum effect, take when you wake, before lunch and dinner and just before sleeping.

Duration of taking the flower essence blend
​
Take the flower essences for as long as required. Generally 3 - 4 weeks. In some cases, usually where the problem is persistent then the essences may need to be taken for a slightly longer period.
